Le Prix Orly est un prix, une distinction sur un sujet (voir article 5), qui sera donné chaque semestre ; il y aura donc 2 Prix Orly par thème décernés par an, une fois en mars, une fois en septembre. Le Prix Orly pourra être décerné à une personne, un groupe de personnes ou une entité.<br /> <br /> ==Article 2 == <br /> Le Prix Orly aura une renommée intermicronationale, et devra récompenser des personnes, des groupes de personnes ou des entités venus de tout le Micromonde et des nations micromondiales.<br /> <br /> ==Article 3==<br /> Le Prix Orly sera décerné par un jury de trois personnes. Une de ces personnes sera nommée par le Président nadéen, les deux autres seront élues dans le Micromonde par toutes les nations. Chaque personne sera nommée/élue pour 1 an (deux Prix Orly).<br /> <br /> ==Article 4==<br /> Ces trois personnes auront à s'entendre pour décerner chaque Prix Orly.<br /> <br /> ==Article 5==<br /> Il existe 5 Prix Orly : le Prix Orly de la Paix, qui devra récompenser une personne, un groupe de personnes ou une entité ayant oeuvré pour la paix dans le Micromonde ; le Prix Orly du Sport, qui devra récompenser une personne, un groupe de personnes ou une entité ayant oeuvré pour de plus grandes concertations et rencontres sportives dans le Micromonde, ayant développé les échanges sportifs et le sport à l'échelle micromondiale ; le Prix Orly des Arts, qui devra récompenser une personne, un groupe de personnes ou une entité ayant effectué de nombreuses expositions culturelles, ayant amélioré la culture micromondiale, ayant amélioré les échanges culturels dans le Micromonde, ayant fait de grandes actions sur tout ce qui touche aux Arts, à l'échelle micromondiale ; le Prix Orly de l'Ecologie, qui devra récompenser une personne, un groupe de personnes ou une entité ayant fait quelque grande action touchant à l'Ecologie, ayant promu l'Ecologie dans le Micromonde de façon importante, ayant fait une grande action à l'échelle nationale touchant à l'Ecologie, action qui aurait des conséquences à l'échelle micromondiale ; le Prix Orly des Sciences, comprenant les Sciences Naturelles, mais aussi les Sciences Physiques, les Sciences Mathématiques, ou encore les Sciences Economiques (la liste n'est pas exhaustive), qui devra récompenser une personne, un groupe de personnes ou une entité ayant oeuvré pour améliorer la connaissance de ces sciences à l'échelle micromondiale, ayant trouvé un nouveau système scientifique de calculs, ayant effectué une grande action pour améliorer les sciences.<br /> <br /> ==Article 6== <br /> Pour chaque Prix Orly, le jury devra choisir des nominés et décider parmi ces nominés. La liste des nominés ne devra pas être diffusé. Devra simplement être diffusé la liste des Prix Orly, la nationalité de chaque lauréat.<br /> <br /> ==Article 7==<br /> Les Prix Orly seront décernés lors d'une grande cérémonie réunissant tous les lauréats, le jury, et toutes les personnes et personnalités souhaitant y participer.<br /> <br /> ==Article 8==<br /> Il n'est pas obligatoire de décerner un Prix Orly à chaque fois.
