Le Référendum peut être:<br />

b) obligatoire<br />

Article 3<br />
Le Référendum facultatif permet aux 2/3 de la totalité des citoyens jouissant du droit de vote, de lancer une procédure de consultation permettant la confirmation ou l'infirmation et ayant un effet coercitif sur une décision prise ultérieurement par le Parlement ou la Table Ronde.<br />
